Vineet Samvedi 7th Batch ( 2009 – 11)
Vineet was placed in LaOpala RG Ltd. as a senior coordinator executive through college campus recruitment drive. In August 2011, he joined Emami Ltd. as a Brand Executive. Presently he is working as an Assistant Brand Manager in the same Organization.

Rusha Das 6th Batch (2008-10)
Rusha started her career as Assistant Professor, Sasmira’s Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai. Then she worked as Ebay Project Manager at Polymax. Again, she switched back to academics and joined as Assistant Professor in Durgadevi Safar Institute of Management Studies. She then moved to NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai, as Assistant professor. Presently, she is doing her Doctoral research at Indian Institute of Management, IIM, Ahmedabad.
Jhumur De 5th Batch (2007-09)
Jhumur was placed in PwC India through Campus Placement Drive and joined as Analyst. She got promoted to Senior Analyst and then to Associate. Presently, she is working with the same organization as Assistant Manager in the Transfer Pricing Department.
Message: “I was unsure where to take admissions in Kolkata. At that time it was very difficult to move out from Kolkata. Hence, I have decided that Heritage MEC can be the best option among all other private institutes. Believe me, now I have realized that my decision was not wrong. When I have joined after completion of M.Com, it was a new experience to join in a management institute. I am really thankful to all my faculties that they have treated us and groomed us so well that we can appear and market ourselves in front of the industry at the time of campus interviews. After everything was over, I rewind this whole phase of my life in my mind and I realized that unknowingly I have developed it in my nature to not think about the future and the past. Saugata Das 4th Batch (2006 – 2008)
Saugata had started his career in JP Morgan Chase as an Operations Specialist with their Commercial Banking division, at their Bangalore facility in 2008. While working with JP Morgan Chase, he was twice adjudged the best performer in a quarter in Jan 2013. Currently, he is working with one of the India’s leading Nava Ratna PSUs, The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (SCI) as Deputy Manager (Export Services). He joined SCI in 2009 as an Assistant Manager in the Export Department.
Vinay Chaudhary 4th Batch (2006 – 2008)
A dedicated professional with experience as Assistant Manager, Weltek Pumps Private Ltd. and Assistant Manager, Marketing, Visa Steel Limited, has joined his own family business. He is currently a part of the Sales & Marketing team of family owned - partnership firm, namely M/s Industrial Pumps & Motors Agencies. His area of specialization are market research, market penetration & business development. His knowledge has led him to participate in various negotiations & transactions with clients from different parts of the world, which were of priority & importance to the companies.

Mohammad Zeeshan 4th Batch (2006 – 08)
Zeeshan started his career as Customer Executive in PEPSICO and got his first job through Campus Placement in 2008. He worked in PEPSICO for two years and learnt the basics of FMCG business. Then he got the opportunity to work with CADBURYs (Kraft) and was with the company for two years. In August, 2011, he joined ABOTT, where he got a variety of awards and admiration like “Best Employee Award, 2012 – A Harley Davidson Bike”; “GM Award, 2015 - Family trip to Indonesia and Singapore”, Best Employee Award, 2016 – A Honda Amaze Car” for his incredible performance. During this period, he got promoted to various positions like Sales Development Manager (West Bengal) in 2013, Area Sales Manager (Odisha) in 2015. Somak Ganguly 3rd Batch 2005-07
Somak had started his career with Info Edge (India) Ltd in 2007. In 2010 he moved to ABP Group and was there till 2012. He then joined Star TV Network and was there for more than 5 years, looking after Ad Sales. Presently he is working with Discovery Communications, Ad Sales, Gurgaon.

Arpan Mukherjee 3rd Batch (2003 – 05)
Arpan was placed in GODREJ group, Mumbai, as an executive trainee through campus placement. He worked in the position of Assistant Manager, Deputy Sales Manager (Project) and Sales Manager (Retail). He got relocated from time to time from Mumbai to Kolkata, then to Bangalore, Hyderabad and now he is in Chandigarh with additional responsibilities in different divisions/business lines of the Company. Presently he is taking care of a Business Line in the Upper Northern Part of the Country as Assistant General Manager and probably one of the youngest in the Organization.

Amrita Bhattacharya 3rd Batch (2005-07)
Amrita Bhattacharya was placed in Visa Comtrade as Management Trainee through College Campus and within 3 months of time, she was promoted to Assistant Manager, Operations. In May 2008 she was transferred to Visa Comtrade AG, Switzerland as Manager, Finance. In July 2009 she was offered the position of Manager, Logistics in Mechel Carbon AG, Switzerland. Mechel is a leading coal company of Russia. In 2010 August she was promoted as General Manager, Marketing and Operations and was the Head Representative of Mechel Carbon AG in India. She worked in Mechel till 2014. In 2014 she joined Kolmar AG as the Head of Indian Operations where she continued till 2015. In 2015 she quit the corporate world to fulfill her dreams of continuing higher studies. Currently she is doing her PhD from NIT Durgapur and is registered as a research scholar. She is also working as Asst Professor in NSHM Knowledge campus, Durgapur.
Anuranjan Saha 2nd Batch (2004-06)
Anuranjan got placed in Times of India through campus selection. He then joined ABP Group (Bangalore) in a marketing position with responsibility of dealing with national client. Then he got the opportunity to join Big FM and after spending couple of years he was offered to be a part of the core team of 94.3 Radio one. He was promoted to the position of corporate & SME Head East leading a team for generating revenue and strategic planning in the same organizations. Currently he is doing marketing consulting with a media investment company, where he is providing media planning and buying solutions.

Mohammad Maarif 2nd Batch (2004 – 2006)
Maarif was placed from the campus in PricewaterhouseCoopers and was based at Kolkata. He initially started his career as an Associate in the International Transfer Pricing team in PwC. In 2007 he joined in Genpact LLC, a global organization in the ITES industry and started working as part of a Market Intelligence team supporting one of the financial services major in USA. Over the years he built his competency in the Financial Services industry and in the beginning of 2012, he was transferred to USA. He started as a Program Manager with one of the key insurance firms on Wall Street, New York and quickly graduated to the role of a Sr. Management Consultant across key functions.

Chiranjib Datta Chaudhuri 2nd Batch (2004 – 2006)
Chiranjib Dutta Chowdhuri started his career as Management Trainee in mjunction Service Ltd. (SAIL) – TATA Steel venture in 2006. He rose to the level of Group Manager (New Business Development) in the year 2011. He was in the same organization till 2015, in different positions handling responsibilities like Account Mining, Revenue Management, generating new business etc. In 2015, he joined WIPRO as Strategic Account Manager. Currently he is working as a senior Consultant in INFOSYS, BPO, Bengaluru.

Bishakha Patra 1st Batch (2003-05)
Bishakha had worked with Anandabazar Patrika (Kolkata), Bharti Airtel (Ahmedabad), Essar Telecom Retail by the brand name "The Mobile Store" (Mumbai) and Times Of India (New Delhi) in the capacity of variour HR positions in various reputed organizations like Times of India and ABP group in various HR positions. She was the CEO, Beeworks Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company with services into management consultancy and HR consultancy. Simultaneously she also extended her career as Yoga trainer with Yoga Alliance from International Yoga Academy accredited school of yoga Alliance (USA). Presently, Bishakha is a registered Yoga teacher, and owns her Yogshala in Noida, NCR under the name Bishram’s Iyenger Yog Shala.
Abhishek Boral Ist Batch (2003-2005)
Abhishek got placed in CEAT Tyres Ltd. as Sales Trainee in 2005 through Campus Placement. He has worked for more than 12 years in different companies like CEAT Tyres, Samsung India Electronics, Bharati Airtel Limited, Whirlpool India Limited and Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air conditioning India Limited in various positions and responsibilities. Presently he is working as Regional Manager in Orient Electric.

Somenath Bhadra 1st Batch (2003-2005)
Somenath started his career as Process Associate at Genpact. Then, he worked as Senior Financial Analyst at COLT Technology Services. He then joined IBM Global Services as Application Consultant. Then he moved to Accenture as Senior Systems Engineer. Presently, he is working as Project Leader at Wipro Limited.
Sabari Sekhar 1st Batch (2003-2005)
Presently working with Saudi Rockwool Factory (part of Zamil Industrial) in Dubai, UAE as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for UAE, Oman and Kuwait markets. Joined Rockwool India Limited (part of Alghanim Group, Kuwait) as a Marketing Manager in Hyderabad in 2010. Prior to this, he worked with DIC India Ltd (part of DIC Japan) in Kolkata as a Marketing Executive and Phillips Carbon Black Limited (part of RP Sanjiv Goenka Group)in Kolkata as a Asst Product Manager.
Sumanta Panti 1st Batch (2003 – 2005)
Sumanta was placed from the campus with I-WIN (Erstwhile ICICI Winfra) as Asst. Manager and was based at Kolkata. He was providing consultancy services to the clients in the various sectors viz., Infrastructure, Financial Services, Energy, Agro & Food Processing as well as others. After working for 3.75 years, he joined banking services with IDBI Bank Ltd. in the capacity of Manager, where he was involved in project appraisals in order to suggest the requisite credit calls on investment in any particular project by the bank. Thereafter, he joined SBI Capital Markets Ltd. (Investment Banking arm of State Bank of India) in March 2010 and currently working as Asst. Vice President in the Project Advisory & Structured Finance.
Vishal Sinha 1st Batch (2003-2005)
Vishal Sinha is an alumnus of Heritage Business School, with Finance as his specialization, from the 1st Batch.
Vishal started his career with AdroIT Software & Consulting Inc. Then, he worked with iConnect Group, Binyas IT, Ackcezione Technologies in different capacities from Manager, Technology & Business to Head, Operations.
Finally, he joined TranzLease Holdings India Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 as Vice President, Information Technology and presently he is holding the post of President, CIO & CISO in the same company. Vishal has been awarded with many awards like
