Heritage Business School has organised a one day Management Development Programme on "Employee Engagement: Trends and Practices" on 20th December 2023. The program director was Dr. Alok Kumar Sen, adjunct faculty of Heritage business School and the program coordinator was Dr. Madhurima Ganguly,Professor Heritage Business School.
The program witnessed speakers like Mr. Sourav De, Chief General Manager HR from Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Mr. Rahul Bose, an eminent corporate trainer who is a former employee of IBM global.
The program also had internal speakers including Dr. Alok Kumar Sen, Dr. Madhurima Ganguly and Dr. Madhupa Bakshi (Dean, Media Science).
The participants have been managers from Bandhan Bank, ICICI Bank, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, HDFC Bank, Paharpur Cooling Towersand from academia. Senior administrative officers from Heritage Group of Institutions were also present as internal participants to the program.
The program created a forum for knowledge and experience sharing and witnessed a massive and phenomenal success altogether.
