Prof. K.K.Chaudhuri, M.Sc. PhD, was Dean, IISWBM (CU) and subsequently, Director, Army Institute of Management. Prof. Chaudhuri has held several responsible positions in the field of management education. He was the Director of Army Institute of Management, Kolkata and Dean of Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata. He has authored two books, 2 monographs and more than 100 papers. A fellow member of National Institute of Personnel Management, he is the Editor-in-chief of Personnel Today.
